Cooking is about time and temperature. Every good cook has recipes they use to bring people great food. If you cook something often enough, you don’t need the recipe the card because you have done it often enough that the card has been committed to memory. I have been cooking for years and never thought I would commit some of the stuff I have cooked to the web, but here goes.
Some of these recipes are mine and some I have found in cookbooks and the web over the years. Where possible I will add a reference as to where the recipe was found, but this will not always be the case as my recipe book is over 20 years old. I will be adding recipes as I get time so you may find only a few here today but more will be coming. A friend of mine once told me that cooking is an art, and baking is a science. I enjoy both, so you will find both here as I add them over time.
The goal of this site is to bring you great food! And lastly, even people who look like great cooks don’t always get the dish right on the first try, so keep trying and the more you try it, the better you will get.
